I was born and raised in Greenfield, Ohio. After graduating from Greenfield McClain in 2010, I came to Athens, Ohio to study at Ohio University. As a first generation college student I had no idea what to expect or what I had gotten myself into. During my time at Ohio University, I got involved in a campus ministry called Reach Out On Campus (ROC). It was through a few of the people I met in ROC that I first came into contact with Good Works and more specifically the Timothy House. This eventually led to me serving on the night shift staff at the Timothy House for two years.
With great sadness, my time as a night shift guy had come to an end as I started to prepare for my last year of school and a year long teaching internship. In 2015, I graduated with a degree in education and no idea of where I was headed. As I began to hunt for a job I felt as though I was being pulled back to the Good Works community. Luckily, there was an opening and now I serve as a Care-giver at the Timothy House and as the IT Tech Support for Good Works.
