Good Works, Inc.

I joined the staff at Good Works in July 2024 after volunteering for a season and becoming acquainted with the staff and their vision for serving the Athens community. I have spent most of my life in the Dayton, Ohio area working in the mental health field (today known as behavioral health) as a social worker, case manager, counselor, and assessment specialist. The contrast I saw between the culture I experienced with Good Works and the world I worked in for decades was for me like night and day. After almost 2 years of being here, it remains a tremendous blessing for me to work with my coworkers as we continue to come alongside members of the Athens community so that the kingdom of God can be experienced. I also enjoy the outdoors, bicycling, eating, traveling, music and watching sports, not necessarily in that order!
