Jeremy Hudelson
Hello, my name is Jeremy Hudelson. My wife Kim and I’s journey to Good Works has been 3 years in the making. In 2017 and 2018 we brought our church to Good Works for several Work Retreats and immediately we loved the staff, beautiful property and most of all the mission of Good Works. Good Works won us over and we joined the community in the summer of 2020.
I grew up in Connersville, Indiana and accepted Jesus into my life at age 20. Before I knew Jesus, I was an atheist who despised Christians, so becoming one was a big step for me. I used to work at grocery store where a young African American man (I ended up attending his church) would tell me about the gospel and I would preach to him about evolution. He never gave up on me and he saw me receive Christ and he ended up being my best man at our wedding. The gospel completely transformed my life and I desire to see other’s lives transformed in the same way. That’s why I’m here at Good Works, to see people’s lives transformed by the power of the gospel. Kim and I have been married 19 years and we have spent 10 years ministering to those in poverty in Richmond, Indiana at Mosaic Ministries. I enjoy doing jail services where I can share the hope of the gospel with others. My hobbies include fishing (for whatever is biting), bowling, and just good’ol manual labor. I am happy to be here and engaged in the ministry of Good Works! For the past few years, I have been on the Timothy House team and Hannah House team (often at the same time). I am currently serving as the Transformation Station (TS) coordinator on the Hannah House team where I help TS volunteers earn appliances, cars, food and other items. Big news! We moved off the Good Works property in the summer of 2023 and now live in the county outside of Athens. God has blessed us with a house!
